The sitting takes place in my home studio, providing a relaxed,informal and familiar surrounding for children. The studio environment is especially suitable for tiny babies and very young ones.

Photo sessions are fun and relaxed, establishing a good rapport with both children and parents. Each session will last between 60mins to 90 mins. but will not be rushed. If your little one needs a feed, nappy change or just to play for a while, feel free as the best images come from a relaxed atmosphere.

As a mum myself I understand your child needs, as well as your own!

what to wear
Clothing is a very important component to a successful portrait.

Think simple! Avoid large logos and prints on clothing (saying that, stripes work very well) jeans always look good with kids, summer dresses are always beautiful on girls and going barefoot is always nice.

Newborns and babies are best photographed in nothing but their birthday suit.

If more than one subject is being photographed make sure everyone is dressed similarly. Plan on bringing several outfits to the session. If you are having trouble deciding what to wear please contact me and I will be more than happy to help!
